ii am sick of spending alot of money on lil bottles of scented oil you add to water. and would like to know how to make from scratch scented oils for an oil burner.

I have heard that you should use oil rather than perfume or cologne. Where can i get fragrant oil? how much does scented oil cost?
I recently was cleaning and tried to change out our Febreze scented oil air freshner. The oil apparently was leaking and now my hands STINK!!! I have washed my hands about 20 times with dish soap, hand soap, and baking soda. Does anyone have any other suggestions? Thanks!
